Processing

Orders are normally processed after payment confirmation within 1–2 business days.

Delivery areas

BeSuro™ currently intends to ship to Singapore, Australia, South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the Philippines and Malaysia, subject to checkout availability, carrier serviceability and applicable legal or regulatory restrictions. Local and international courier partners may be used.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days within Singapore and 3–5 business days for international orders after processing, unless a different estimate is shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carriers, holidays, weather, force majeure, regulatory checks or an incorrect address may cause delays.

Singapore delivery charges

Standard delivery is S$6. Free standard delivery is available for qualifying orders of S$110 or more. Express delivery is S$15. Available services, eligibility and the final delivery charge are confirmed at checkout for your address and order.

Customs and import charges

For supported destinations, applicable import duties and taxes are intended to be included or collected at checkout where the checkout system supports such collection. If a destination charge cannot be collected at checkout, BeSuro™ will disclose the applicable treatment before purchase where reasonably practicable.

Tracking

Tracking will be provided where supported by the selected local or international courier and will be sent using the contact information supplied with your order.

Risk and failed delivery

Risk of loss and failed-delivery consequences remain subject to applicable mandatory consumer law and the selected courier arrangement. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. This does not limit your statutory rights where goods are lost, damaged, defective or not delivered as agreed.
