1 Scope and seller
These terms govern purchases through the BeSuro™ online store and use of its website. Review them before ordering. By submitting an order after being presented with these terms, you agree to the terms applicable to that order. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
The website and store are operated by GERMONIZER PTE. LTD. (UEN 201132487K), trading as BESURO (Business Registration No. 53531339W), at 39 Woodlands Close, #08-63, MEGA@Woodlands, Singapore 737856. “BeSuro™”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean GERMONIZER PTE. LTD. Customer support: support@besuro.com.
These terms apply to purchases from this store. Purchases from an independent retailer or distributor are governed by that seller’s terms and applicable law. Wholesale and distributor arrangements require separately agreed commercial terms.
2 Related policies
Read these terms together with the Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy presented before checkout, and any specific offer terms. The product description and agreed checkout details form part of your order. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over conflicting wording. An expressly agreed order-specific term prevails over a general term to the extent lawful.
Our separate Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain personal-data handling and tracking choices. Accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing or tracking. The Best Practices and Limitations guide provides additional product guidance alongside the instructions for your pack.
3 Ordering and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated order-received message acknowledges receipt and is not acceptance. We accept your order when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation, whichever occurs first. Before acceptance, we may decline an order for payment failure, reasonably suspected fraud, unavailable stock, an obvious listing error, delivery restrictions or legal restrictions. After acceptance, cancellation by us remains subject to applicable law and your contractual rights. If we cancel, we will refund all sums paid for the cancelled goods and associated charges, including the full delivery charge if the entire order is cancelled. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
4 Prices payment and taxes
The checkout identifies the payment currency, product price, applicable taxes, delivery and other mandatory charges before you place an order. Where an import charge cannot reasonably be calculated, its possible application and who must pay it are disclosed before purchase. We will not add optional paid items without your agreement.
Available payment methods and the payment currency are displayed at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or foreign-transaction charges that we do not control. Payment authorisation or capture is not by itself order acceptance. Payments may be subject to authorisation and reasonable fraud checks.
Applicable GST, VAT, sales tax and other mandatory taxes are displayed or included as required by law. We do not charge Singapore GST unless authorised to do so. Multi-currency checkout does not by itself mean import duties are paid.
We correct obvious listing or system errors promptly. Before acceptance, we may offer the corrected price or decline the order and refund amounts collected. An accepted order is changed or cancelled only consistently with applicable law and section 3.
5 Product descriptions and limitations
BeSuro™ is a personal drink safety sticker for preliminary screening of selected substances in beverages. Four-sticker and two-sticker pouches are available as described in the relevant listing. “5-in-1” refers to selected detection targets, not the number of stickers in a pouch or detection of every harmful substance.
A result does not guarantee that a beverage is safe. BeSuro™ does not detect every drug, chemical, contaminant or harmful substance and does not prevent tampering or drink spiking. A negative or unchanged result does not rule out harmful substances. Continue ordinary safety precautions regardless of the result.
BeSuro™ is intended for beverage screening, not testing human specimens, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for laboratory toxicology testing, medical advice, police investigation or emergency assistance. Results are preliminary and are not conclusive forensic or legal proof.
Follow the current instructions for your pack, including attachment location, sample application, reading window, colour guide, storage and expiry. Consult our Best Practices and Limitations guide for additional precautions. If tampering is suspected, do not drink the beverage regardless of the result. Do not delay medical assistance while testing.
Where a pouch is sold as a random assortment, designs are allocated at random and a particular design or complete set is not guaranteed. Duplicates may occur unless the listing expressly promises otherwise. Pouch colour or design selection is available only where stated. Any published rare-design probability will identify its basis and the applicable product or promotion. Buying more pouches does not guarantee a rare design unless an express offer says so. Statutory return and faulty-goods rights are unaffected.
A duplicate or non-preferred design within the advertised random assortment is not, by itself, a product defect. This does not affect a specific design promise, statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty goods.
You are responsible for following adequate product instructions. We are not responsible to the extent that loss is caused by incorrect application, reuse, use after expiry, or storage contrary to those instructions. This does not exclude responsibility for a defect present when supplied, inadequate instructions or misleading claims.
6 Promotions and rewards
Promotions, bundles, gifts, referral offers and membership rewards apply only on the channels and during the periods stated in their published terms. Online offers do not automatically apply in retail stores or through distributors. Any eligibility requirements, exclusions, limits, expiry dates and rules on combining offers will be disclosed before participation or purchase.
The terms applicable when an offer is accepted govern that transaction. We will not retrospectively withdraw an earned benefit except where the disclosed terms and applicable law permit it. Mandatory cancellation, refund and faulty-goods rights remain unaffected.
Do not obtain promotional benefits through fictitious accounts, self-referrals presented as genuine referrals, duplicate claims contrary to published limits, or fraudulent transactions. Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect such conduct, we may temporarily hold the affected reward while investigating. If substantiated, we may reverse only benefits improperly obtained and restrict participation proportionately. We will explain our decision and provide a route to challenge it, unless disclosure is legally restricted or would compromise a fraud investigation. Unrelated valid purchases and legitimately earned benefits remain unaffected.
If a qualifying purchase is cancelled or returned, associated unredeemed rewards may be reversed as disclosed in the offer terms. Any requirement to return a promotional gift, or any proposed refund adjustment, must have been clearly disclosed before purchase and must be lawful and proportionate. We will not impose an undisclosed gift value, a punitive deduction or a charge for exercising statutory rights. Faulty-goods remedies remain unaffected.
7 Delivery
Available destinations, delivery charges and estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown before purchase. Pre-orders have a separately disclosed expected dispatch date. The Shipping Policy gives further details. We will notify you of material dispatch delays and explain applicable cancellation and refund options.
For US orders, we follow applicable shipment-delay notice and consent requirements; where required consent is not obtained, we cancel and refund. Mandatory delivery rights in other destinations also apply.
For deliveries arranged by us, we remain responsible for loss or damage until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession, subject to any mandatory rules providing greater protection. We investigate lost or damaged deliveries and provide the remedy required by law. If an inaccurate address or uncollected parcel causes failure, contact us to arrange a solution. Any reasonable additional redelivery cost will be explained and agreed, without restricting statutory rights.
Where delivery fails because of incorrect details supplied by you or an unjustified failure to collect, we may request reimbursement of reasonable, evidenced carrier costs directly caused by that failure. We will explain the amount before arranging redelivery. No such charge applies where the failure was ours or the carrier’s responsibility, and no automatic deduction overrides a statutory refund entitlement.
8 Customer accounts and website use
Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact details and follow the supplied instructions. If you lack legal capacity to purchase independently, a parent, guardian or other legally authorised person must make the purchase. Product-use age guidance is separate from account, purchasing and privacy-consent requirements.
Keep account credentials secure and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious software or unauthorised access to systems or personal data. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks. This does not remove rights concerning accepted orders, refunds or personal data.
9 Returns faulty goods and cancellation
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. The EU/UK withdrawal terms in section 10 apply where the relevant law applies. Other mandatory local rights prevail over conflicting wording.
Outside applicable statutory withdrawal rights, we do not offer a general change-of-mind return policy. Exceptions agreed by us are voluntary and their conditions will be confirmed in writing. An opened pouch or used sticker does not remove rights concerning a defect or other non-conformity. We do not automatically reject a statutory withdrawal merely because the outer pouch has been opened; any lawful diminished-value deduction is assessed under section 10.
Email support@besuro.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Please report visible damage, shortages or incorrect items within seven days where possible to assist investigation; this is not a deadline for statutory claims or later-discovered defects. We may request reasonable evidence, but photographs are not always required or sufficient. We provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by law. For Australian consumers, major failures entitle you to choose a refund or replacement, with other applicable remedies preserved. Minor failures are handled within a reasonable time under the Australian Consumer Law.
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. We will try to stop packing or shipment where operationally possible. Dispatch does not remove any statutory withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights.
We may reasonably verify a claim through proof of purchase, batch or serial information where available, photographs where useful, or inspection or testing of the affected product. Keep the product and packaging where safe and practicable and contact us before disposal. Missing packaging or a receipt does not automatically defeat a claim where entitlement can otherwise be established. We will assess claims within a reasonable time and applicable legal deadlines, and explain any refusal. We may decline a claim that is fraudulent or not substantiated after a reasonable opportunity to provide evidence, subject to applicable legal presumptions and consumer rights.
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless a lawful alternative is agreed, without a refund-processing fee. For ordinary approved refunds outside section 10, our target is to initiate payment within seven business days after entitlement and any necessary reasonable assessment are established, or sooner where law requires. Assessment will not be used to postpone statutory deadlines. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Our authorisation process does not prevent a valid statutory withdrawal notice. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we arrange or reimburse reasonable necessary return costs as required by law. For voluntary returns, the agreed conditions govern costs. For statutory change-of-mind returns, the customer bears direct return costs only where law permits and this was disclosed before purchase.
10 EU and UK statutory withdrawal
Where EU or UK statutory withdrawal rights apply, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, the applicable period generally begins on receipt of the last item. Tell us by an unequivocal statement, including by email, before the deadline. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. We reimburse payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for the order, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Unless we offer collection, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first. Premium delivery upgrades need not be refunded. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, where law permits. Using a test may affect its value, but any deduction must be lawful and justified. Faulty-goods rights remain separate. Any longer period or additional protection required by local law applies.
Where an electronic withdrawal function is required for an online contract, you may also use the clearly labelled withdrawal function on our website during the applicable withdrawal period. It allows you to submit and confirm your withdrawal and receive an acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email. This is an additional route; you may still use an unequivocal statement by email or post.
11 Intellectual property
BeSuro™ marks, mascots, artwork, packaging designs and original website content are owned by GERMONIZER PTE. LTD. or used with the relevant rights holder’s permission. No ownership is transferred by a purchase. Commercial reproduction requires permission, subject to rights and exceptions provided by law.
12 Service providers
We use service providers for functions such as payments, hosting and delivery. Their separate terms may apply to their services but do not remove our obligations as seller or our responsibilities under applicable data-protection law.
Independent retailers and distributors are not authorised to vary these terms or give additional warranties on Germonizer’s behalf without our authority. This does not limit responsibility for our own statements, representations lawfully attributable to us, or statutory obligations that apply to us as supplier or manufacturer.
13 Liability and events beyond our control
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees, liability for fraud and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss to the extent caused by misuse, failure to follow adequate instructions, or reliance contrary to clear and accurate product limitations. This does not excuse our defective products, inadequate instructions, misleading statements or other actionable conduct. An event beyond our reasonable control does not remove any mandatory cancellation, refund or other remedy.
These consumer terms cover personal use. To the extent lawful and fair, we do not accept liability under them for business losses, including lost business profits, revenue, opportunities or goodwill. We are not liable for losses that neither party could reasonably have foreseen when the contract was made. A loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of a breach or was within the parties’ reasonable contemplation. These exclusions do not apply to mandatory consumer remedies, defective-product liability that cannot be excluded, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. No blanket cap based on the purchase price applies to those claims.
Product limitations describe the scope of the screening function; they do not waive your rights concerning defective goods, misleading claims or inadequate instructions. If circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect fulfilment, we will notify you and explain the available remedies.
14 Governing law and complaints
Singapore law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Contact support@besuro.com first if a problem arises. This complaints route does not restrict access to courts, regulators or other remedies available under applicable law, including any right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
15 Changes and interpretation
We may update these terms prospectively. The version presented when you place your order applies to that order. Later website changes do not retrospectively change an accepted order without a lawful basis or your valid agreement.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue only to the extent lawful. No interpretation of these terms removes mandatory consumer protections. A failure or delay in enforcing a right does not by itself waive that right.
